The Illusory Truth effect will makes you THINK !!

Sometimes you have been told some false truths which you have to believe because it is being believed by a majority.



But you can't the change the truth of natural instinct if you believe what you see...

Despite of having different colors these circles are of different sizes and as a child if you have been taught to believe that yes there size are different.

But its a fact that they all are of same size.

It's just we have been told enough times that they are different and we start believing because its being accepted by different people.

You can be manipulated to believe in something which might be not true.
And if enough people were taught that lie, then it will become as a part of culture.

Its a fact that if you say it enough times you will start considering it as a truth and that culture will then transfer the misinformation as a tradition to the next generation!!



And just because its a tradition doesn't mean it is morally acceptable.

Tradition and morality are not always the same.

As we evolve as a culture so do our traditions. So we all need to think for a while to accept any truth specially in the 21st Century.

Stop allowing people to dilute or poison your day with their words or opinions.

Stand Strong in the truth of your beauty and journey through your day without attachments to the validation of others.

Rise Above -- A Successful Inspirational Story

This was about yesterday when i was returning from my office via cab and just having a conversation with the driver and he told me that he was also an Engineer like me.

He has done Mechanical Engineering and was doing Job in the Reputed Company but due to some critical circumstances he was suspended and thereafter being rejected by other companies as well.

I cannot elaborate the situation but the fact is not at all he deserved the rejection.

Now he can't get the JOB and its the matter of his life and career.

Then he took a decision to stand on his own and managed to get the JOB as a "Driver" and worked hard.

One thing i liked about him is -- He is happy with what he have which is really important.
Being happy with what you have is a matter of focusing on the good things in your life, letting go of unrealistic burdens and expectations, and doing your best to make yourself feel good in the here and now.

At present he is now the owner of 5 cabs and earning well may be even better than us.

He has purchased 2 flats on his own, One in Delhi other one in Noida.

Success will definitely comes to those who have complete determination and passion to whatever they do.

Life has given him the opportunity to be his own boss that's why he is doing great because of his strong determination. He deserves a lot more for his success.

From his story, we can learn the true measure of success is how many times you bounce back from failure. Also he has shown to us the ways to pick oneself up after experiencing a Crushing Personal Defeat.

Everybody encounters failure at one point or another. What truly matters is how you react to and learn from that failure.
Like him we have many other successful people who proved this true and now they are well known for their strong desire to achieve something and innovation that has made the valuable Changes in everyone's Life.

For all, don't fear from the failure just find the best opportunities for you to succeed and spread the success by changing the lives.

The graph of success is not straight for everyone.

Is Success Important or Satisfaction

Success is not the key for happiness....instead Happiness is the key to success.

We will remain happy if we enjoy the work we do which gives us Satisfaction.

Let's keep satisfaction be the basis of success nor the success the basis of satisfaction..!!




All we want is just to be satisfied with success which is quite impossible for all.
We all keep running to get more and more success and the level is beyond our thinking.

We all are driven by certain conceptions of what will bring satisfaction to our lives..
For some people the profile matters, for other's career and many more factors.

They are just the glamorized label of success.

Actually in my opinion "Success" means how satisfy you are with your life and how well you are enjoying your life with others.

Keep motivating yourself to do good work for your success but not at the risk of your life..
The frustration of not reaching the targets will only trouble you.

A word of encouragement is more powerful then the hour of praise after success.
Don't let you feel down.

We all are unique not by chance but by planned.
Whatever abilities we have we can make constructive contribution to that in our society.

Its just we have to think a bit differently to identifies our qualities.

When we learn to function according to our behaviour, our talent will comes out automatically.

And then the things will be easy for us to get the satisfaction with the power of success.



We will then remain peaceful, satisfies and comfortable with the way we work.

Even it is mentioned in the holy book "BhagwatGita" that it is better to do work according to our nature, fulfill our duties calmly, not chasing someone else's duties.

Success does not have to be a beaten track defined by others.
It is our own track which we traversed which god has make for ourselves.

Being satisfied is more Important ...!!
Success is decided by other people and satisfaction is decided by us.

When you are about to Give Up !!

There are times when despite our hard work, optimism and focused mind , we fail to make progress.

All of our efforts seems wasted.
We lose hope in our abilities but that will only give us pain.

Its not like that we have less capability to do something infect it will help us to give exposure to our vision.

It will help us to  mold the situation and think differently.
Try to turn the things around and see from different perspective.

Give yourself a chance to explore and be different.
Don't follow the steps of your hero.

Be your own hero.

Try to understand the truth why you are here.... To wait for the day till you die !!
Or to live your live the best way you can...

Most people are doing jobs they hate just to be paid, and feels frustrated and give up on their relations, families.

That's the reason they start hating their precious life.
They are not accepting the truth and sometimes left alone.

Its really difficult to understand what really matters in your life.

Live in this moment and make the best out of it.
Try it another way but breaking relations will only left you alone.

This is the real invisible problem mostly people are facing.
Aspiring to be our own idols is dangerous...

We are the most connected generation of mankind in history...

Face yourself and live your life..

It will give you pain, you have to make lots of sacrifices.
Its hard to be different but you could do if you have the power to do it.

You should be passionate about what you want in your life...
You are You.

Don't try to be others.

My advice for my generation is...Don't aspire to be just like your "Hero".
Stop trying to mimic or see what they are doing.



"Follow your own steps".

Visions are not to be imitated they are being admired.
You can become the greatest version of yourself.

And when you become great people will see your life and don't make mistake of becoming you too..

A woman is like a bird who wants to fly free.

We all should have equal rights like men to enjoy and control our life as we want,  manage our risks and improve our status and well-being.

It’s really difficult for us to work and manage home without the support of our family.

The problem is our mindset, our attitude towards women.


Don’t be a spectator, Be the change.

Only women have a power to make this change. Sometimes we see the old women generations don’t allow the new generation women to be a part of economy.

We all can bring this change together by guiding the children to respect women.
Younger generation comes with a new change.

A woman should support another woman.

Women have had to face many obstacles to break the glass ceilings and to push society as a whole out of their old ways of thinking to realize the crucial roles women can and do play in helping building democratic systems and sustainable economies.

Women are the ones who are expected to handle various responsibilities from the childhood which makes them a good multi-tasker.

They are better managers as well, as they know how to manage their home and work responsibilities together also with the perfection.

Women proved to be more patient in the difficulties and are able to handle the situation with their positive attitude and calm mind as compared to their counter partners.

They manage their families and are simultaneously focused on their career.
Women are hard workers with the smart mind.

They know which is important at what time and contribute efficiently in the work they do.

Sometimes working in IT with long hours and availability make the women helpless as she can't compromise her health and family.

But if we could provide friendly working hours and support then all the women won't take this hard decision to quit their job.

Education plays a very important role to build the self confidence in women that they can do something better.

It empowers women to make choices on their own and their way of living.

Art of management is a gift to women by nature. Women are born to take responsibilities and perform them flawlessly.



They can easily manage everything without a crease on their forehead.
If women were empowered to do more and be more, the possibility for economic growth becomes apparent.

Empowering women in developing countries is essential to reduce global poverty since women represent most of the world's poor population.

I myself decided to fly through and shine like a star and enjoy my life as much I could....!!!

We all are mortal creatures. We must be conscious about it.

Everything is relatively significant what matters to us the most is -- WE ARE ALIVE ☺☺☺☺☺

A BIG SMILE if you are alive, A MORE BIG SMILE if persons who matters to you much are still alive...!!

We all just want to experience this life as profoundly as possible.

Just BE BRAVE and TAKE RISKS , nothing can substitute our EXPERIENCE.

If we never tasted a bad apple, we would never appreciate the good apple.

A change is the challenge which gives us an opportunity to be better.

Just appreciate the moments when we find ourselves and our loved ones alive.

But be prepared that we all have a brief amount of time.

Live Life to the fullest and appreciate for what we have.

Understand the Role of Life!!

This Life is just the test for our souls, if we pass we can get the the liberation from this false world.
Our never ending desires, aspirations, hopes and expectations drives us and describes our Life.

Understand the role of your life why you are here?
To do some good work, to make this world a better place to live.
To help the needy ones, to have a happiness all over.

Our souls can never be died they are immortal, but the soul enters the body in this examination of life.If we do the good "Karma" we can get rid of this False world and can stay with the God forever.

It's all about our truthful feelings and emotions towards God.

God has send us in this world with some reason.
We have to identifies our abilities and understand our responsibilities.

FOUR PRINCIPLES OF A SUCCESSFUL LIFE:-

1-Dharma
Do the things which you think is right and cause no harm to anyone.

2-Earth
Understand the relations with everyone and respect their feelings.

3-Karma
Do your work with full devotion without expecting to get always good results.
Focus on your work not the outcomes.

4-Moksha
Don't have the wishes more and more it is the only reason for us stay in this false world.

All our desires can never be fulfilled, but this experience will enlighten the knowledge in us to be more powerful for handling the situation.

Without understanding of lives we can't control our lives or future.The bliss of ignorance is the bliss of stupidity.

Change is truth.
Everyone togetherness is just a Lie.

Just do whatever you want to do now.
Present is yours not the future.

In Life, some will test you, some will use you, some will love you and some will teach you.
But the ones are truly important who brings out the best in you.

Every problem has a solution !!

It's an old saying, "Everything happens for something to be good".
We should be strong enough and creative to deal with it.

Once there was an Intelligent man who was having very big house and properties.
He ask everyone to solve the puzzle and opens the big Door of his house.
Whoever solves this problem and get succeed in opening the "BIG DOOR" will get get lots of money and property.

Everyone was trying to solve the problem, but no one was able to find the solution.
One day a man came and ask to solve the puzzle.

He first think for sometime and go to the BIG Door and tried to push it.
The BIG DOOR opened and the puzzle solved.

Every problem is like a Big Door, surely there is a solution like a small key which can be open easily.
Just find the key and make your life simple.

The moral of the story is, Many times in life there are no such big problems but we create them through our way of thinking.
We should focus on Solutions and not the problems.

Have the spirit of not giving up.
Don't allow the problem to defeat you.

Don't Judge from the Outside !!

 Don't judge people before you truly know them.
The truth might surprise you and later you could have a guilt for your awful behaviour.

There is a sweet little story behind it once upon a time a 24 year old boy is going with his father in the train.

The boy shouted while looking outside the train's window.... Dad look at the trees are going behind!!
His Dad smiled and agree with his son.

Nearby the couple sitting and laughing at him with his immature behaviour.

Again the boy shouted, Dad look at the clouds are moving with us.!!

The couple couldn't control themselves and laugh again and ask the father why you are lying to your son who his behaving immaturely.


Couple said, Why don't you take your son to the doctor?


The old man replied, I already did and we are coming from the hospital.

My son was blind from birth and he just got the Eyes. !!!!

The moral of the story is, " We should not judge the people from outside without truly knowing them deeply."


We can't even imagine the tough phase the person has gone through and start judging them from outside.



We should not live in illusion that what we are seeing is always right. Its not what you look at the matters it's what you choose to see.


Don't judge with just an outside appearance, you never know how "Black" they are from inside.

Everyone has their own life, own choices, mistakes and learning. Who are you to judge?

                                               

A Positive Attitude gives you a Great Success !!

One thing that makes an incredible difference to our life is our Attitude.

And it is already proved that having a positive attitude gives you a longer life which gives you power to make others life better.

Take this as a great opportunity given by God to you.



A positive Attitude is Everything.


It has a positive impact on various areas of our life:-

1. Our Health
2. Our Happiness 
3. Our Success
4. Our Family and Social Life
5. Our Confidence

The list still goes on, i am considering the 5 main areas which can lead us in having a good life.

The greatest discovery of our generation is "People can alter their lives by altering the attitudes".

Just like a great building needs a strong foundation, so does success.

And the foundation for success is "Our Attitude".

Three important factors which determine our Attitude is:-

1-The Environment

2-The Education 

3-The Experience.

The positive environment, good education and the great experience is responsible for how we actually react at different situation with our attitude.

It is really tough to expect a positive behavior in a negative environment.

But only you have the power to react positively even in the negative environment.

A person with positive attitude is like a "Fruit of all Seasons".

Success means winning the war, not necessarily every battle.

To be a winner, you need to think like a winner.

Winners don't do different things, they do things differently.
And the "Positive attitude makes You Win". !!

Journey to Success!!

For people, Success is the achievement of what they desire. And the desire will never end !!

We all are big dreamers, some of our dreams will come true and some won't.

We have failed many times while achieving the dreams but we should have a "Never Give Up" attitude.

Failure doesn't mean that we have wasted our time but a reason to start over.

It does not mean that we are not able to but it's just we missed a turn and we should be back up with some more commitment.

Simply, failures will provide you an extra bit of motivation and urge you to be more committed to achieve the intended result of your journey, which is to be successful.

We all across the world have our own different battles which lead us to get demotivated and discouraged to actually fight.

But to be successful we have to set our goals and fight for success.

The fight here is for the positive front of our life not to destroy or give harm to any other individual.

It can be said a "Fight with Yourself".



Don't leave your worries or troubles to the lord.
The lord is by your side to guide you and give power to face the challenges.
For your success you have to take your own action.

Success is not an event, it is a process.
To finish any great endeavor you must start first. Start could be a new way, a new path or a new idea.

To be Successful in life, identify certain key aspects and start working on it.

1- Identify your limitations.
2- Having a proper plan to overcome your limitations.

With more commitment you can overcome your limitations, build up your Self Confidence.
During this phase, believing in yourself is vital as it would make your life easier.

You might faced plenty of problems but accept these incidents with intelligence and learn from them and emerge as an ever better individual.

Now, its time to pay attention to my caption "Journey to Success".

Success is a never ending Journey, ones we achieve our defined goals we set another goals.
The destination keeps changing with the goals so take the Success as a journey and enjoy in this moment.

We all are striving hard to achieve goal by goal until we die.

Therefore, no one in the world could predict exactly what they want in their lives.
So, that’s why I have mentioned that the “ Success of life doesn't have a clear destination, but, it’s a non-ending journey. ”

What is Happiness ?

Happiness --- A feeling for which we never want to get bored.

It is an emotional state which gives us immense pleasure and is characterized by feeling of enjoyment, pleasure and satisfaction.

A real example for this is when you are coming back home after work in a hot sunny day and you are offered a cold drink which gives you a great pleasure, but if you are offered the same drink again and again or when you are not in mood to drink will trouble you.


The same thing which gives you happiness at the time in need and the same can give you sadness or trouble when not in need.

Its quite clear that happiness is not in the person, things or any state.

Happiness is on the urge to feel the sadness first and then only you are able to realize the feeling of happiness and satisfaction.



Your wishes are keep changing with the change in time,so why you are troubling yourself now.

You just want more, more and more which will never satisfy you.
And it is important to understand that it is not the Real Happiness.

Live in the moment and enjoy your happiness to be in this Beautiful World!!

Everything we did on this planet it can be education, career or anything is in the pursuit of happiness.
And we are the most comfortable generation with all the conveniences and comforts still we are not happy.


The conclusion is, For happiness we need to go through the phase of sadness.

But is that really required ? Why to feel sad or go through the trouble phase.

Feel satisfied with what you get. It depends on oneself to be happy and joyful.

Life will not happen 100 percent the way you want it should be, but you should accept and know how to deal with it.


A Human's Life is a precious gift from God.

To sustain your happiness you are the only person who can determine how you will act with the events around you.

The key to be happy is:- Knowing that you have the
power to choose what to accept and what to let go. So
just experience and feel the Real Happiness. !!

Our Parents -- The Real Gift From God !!

Parents who scarifice their lives just to gave us comfort all the time and in anyway.
They fulfil their responsibilities so well and we are blessed that we have them :) :)

They strive to make their children's life better before they came in this world and continue the same till their Last Breath.

Their sacrifices are innumerable.

They are often ready to sacrifices their Time, Money, Relationships and their own Personal Life even without any Selfishness.

They feel happy by seeing the happiness of their children.

From the best Education to the best Outfits,
From the best Presents to the best Food,and all the things we need.
Our parents fulfil all our desires and what we need.!!!

They scarifie their choices just for the sake to make us happy and comfortable always.
They defer many of their needs and desires in favour of the needs of their children.

The selfless nature, forgiving all our mistakes and building up our confidence only our parents can do for us.

They teach us how to be kind and always guide us to walk in the right direction.

The sleepless nights of our parents and the hard work they do, we should always be thankful to God for giving the precious gift ("Our Parents") before we step out in this world.

The greatest gift from our parents would be the "Wings of Independence" and make our life as we want it to be.

What we are doing for them?

Set your aim to give your parents the lives which they deserves to live.
With all the best comfort at their old times.

Don't let them be alone, they need you now.


We are so busy in growing up.
We often forget that they are growing old.

Love your parents and make them feel always special.
They are our real heroes.

It's Time to Change !!

"Change is inevitable".

It's our personal choice to change or continuing the same as before.

Every moment is keep changing.

Changes brings some new excitements which brings new hope for a better life.

Nature itself builds new changes and it is must for nature as well.

Change can be in the form of life,death,weather and many more!!

Change is growth which in turn a reason for life keep going.

Only you have the right to change your values beliefs and ideas.

For something happens to be good something needs to be changed.

New ideas brings new happiness.

There is nothing very spiritual than freedom and it is very spiritual to violate the old beliefs for new values.

Changes may not brings your comfort zone but can make you prepared for evolutionary growth.

Don't expect to see a change if you don't make one.

It won't happen at the very first time but you have understand the process.

Set the vision for yourself and make it happen.

Most people wants the convenient transformation with much inconvenience.

But without inconvenience how you can experience and feel the importance of your role.

If things don't turn as you wants change your road to get that.

Alternatives are always there.

If you don't push yourself you cannot find the boundaries of yourself.

Find yourself and make the first change in your Life.

Stop waiting for things to get Better and do something to make it Better!!

Recreate Your Life

 We can't be somebody else,We are Unique in our own.

Our mistakes, Regrets, and our Uncommon Behavior might disturbs our life.

However we can recreate our life by doing good and contributing to create one's life better.

Being human is given, but keeping our humanity is our "Choice"....

It is really difficult to change our behaviour if you don't change your beliefs.
But if we change our beliefs we can get success.


Take Obstacles in life as a Helping Hand in your success so that you can learn more and more.

A Smooth life cannot give us realization of happiness.

We should take our life as a Duty to spread the happiness arround.

And the Result is we all are surrounded by happiness which is the biggest goal of Life.

People with goals in their mind will succeed becuase they know where they are going.

It's our job to push ourself and create our new Story of Happiness, Kindness and Love.

Learn to let go the past and create a life you love.!!!!

Stay Positive Even At Your Hard Times

Yeah I know it is not easy to stay always positive specially when life is not going according to your plan.

Its hard to acknowledge the terrible situations which comes up in mind and you feel restless.

But getting out of this situation is a must.
Nobody is there always to help you out, you have to help yourself.

Learn from every unexpected circumstance and become stronger day by day.
Learn to change your plans to achieve your goal.


I am not saying to quit your long term dreams but try new things or an alternative and have patience.


Don't let your emotions down of not succeeding it.
Everybody has it's own correct "Time Zone" to achieve their goals.

Don't get lost in future troubles, try to live in present.
Turn your mess into the message so that your story will inspire others.

Hard times will pass it is just temporary, and your efforts will never fail.
You just have to wait for the right time soon or later but it will come.

Turn the face towards sun and your shadow will fall behind you.

Act like an ant who always Try Try Try until they succeed.
Don't have any Regrets in Life...

Have faith in yourself and one day you will definitely make yourself proud.
