Fear and anger are the two expressions which can destruct our Life.!!

It's not like that we get "Fear and Anger" inside us.

Its our own choice to get frightened and do anger.

Its all in mind how to act and react.


Face the situation and collate your energy to deal with it.

Wait and create a gap before judging and then react.

This gap is the state of infinite possibilities.

Then decide what is exactly right and act accordingly.

And it is the art of Intelligence which you can build up and control your mind.

If you allow fear and anger to take control over your actions will give them strength to grow.


Don't allow your mind to overtake on you.

Why we all are struggling ?  Just for the peace of mind, to get relax and enjoy life.

Anger and Fear are the correct enimies of it.

So Don't be Angry and Be Fearless!!
